- A $100 non-refundable deposit will be required to secure your charter.
- If for any reason the charter must be canceled due to weather or outstanding circumstances on your behalf; you may chose another date within the year and use that deposit towards the new date.
- If there are 4 or more people in your party, another charter boat will be required. This requires another deposit & separate rates paid to the other Captain.
